My alarm always seems to and there is a "BATT" on the display. We have no exact battery batt We are not sure whether the use of the battery. I find the manual. Who knows how to solve this problem. Thanks

Open the hood, there should be a battery in the camera. It is to be replaced, may under or behind the motherboard. Call or visit the website Ademco. They have in the economy for years.
