How do I get rid of all these random pop-ups? - how to block pop ups on the wii

I tons of pop-ups. will run without a browser. seems that Internet Explorer (version 6) Pop-up Blocker is automatically closed. Allow me, if I then close it closes earlier. This started happening a few days earlier.
So, sometimes, with or without a browser, I hear the ads, but not see. as "Congratulations: you have chosen to win a Nintendo Wii for free." Add yesterday played 3 times at the same time. I had a little echo, as it is launched in a fraction of a second.
So when I surf, pop-up blocker noise is healthy, even though Im in the pages that do not normally pop-ups.
and finally. if the pop-up after a few seconds offSeconds, the page is blank and the address bar displays "http://" and that's all.
