Recurrent/ persistent infection after wisdom tooth extraction? - infection month after wisdom teeth extraction

I wonder if anyone has a problem with a persistent or recurrent infections after extraction of wisdom teeth.
I stayed with a little hardness in the lower right. 3 months after lit. The curing grown so strong that I could not open wide enough for one day and is very painful. Drainage has given clindamycin IV, then switched to oral for 10 days. It was largely resolved, but there was always a little push on. This is by 3 or 4 months from the start and the ball is slightly larger and pain. I'm going to check the dentist.

Has anyone had a similar problem after a dental procedure?
